Black Garlic Ketchup Pizza with Lo-Dough Base

This is an incredibly healthy pizza recipe, thanks to the collaboration between black garlic ketchup and Lo-Dough as a low carb bread alternative (also super low in calories).

In fact, a pizza for under 300 calories is a slice of great news for all of us food lovers.

Lo-Dough is a gluten free, dairy free and fat free bread alternative which comes in at 39 calories per piece, making it super easy to load up on your black garlic ketchup and cheese.


1. Preheat your oven to 250°C/475F/Gas 9

2. Mix the passata and the Black Garlic Ketchup and spread across the Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge.

3. Spread the cheese over the top and put the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

4. Serve with the basil and rocket over the top.

Top Tip - If you want a slightly firmer base after cooking, sit the pizza in a hot, dry frying pan for approx. 15 seconds.
