

Hollandaise Sauce
A classic French Sauce made with butter, eggs, and lemon juice. Delicious with grilled or poached fish and excellent with both asparagus and chicken.
Preparation: empty contents into a small saucepan. Heat slowly until creamy and hot.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 48 hours. Lid pops when original seal is broken.
