No Soy 'Soy Sauce'
With many people having allergies to Soy, we wanted to find an allergen free version that we could use in our recipes.... so we created our own!
Hawkshead Relish Founder Mark Whitehead spent many hours developing this sauce to give as close a taste experience to the real Soy Sauce and this delivers using lots of umami flavours to mimic the distinctive flavour of Soy Sauce.
The uses are many, as an alternative seasoning for salt this sauce gives a real depth of umami to a dish. Try also using as a marinade, add to gravy, brush over roast chicken or pork in the oven or add to stir fries and salad dressings!
