Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Hawkshead Relish Chilli Jam Buy
  • Rocket
  • Goats Cheese Spread
  • Sourdough Bread to be toasted

Method

  1. Oven cook the tomatoes in a ramekin for approx - 15 minutes.
    Toast the bread before spreading the goats cheese & Chilli Jam.
    Finish with placing the tomatoes & rocket on top.
