

Béarnaise Sauce
Smooth sauce with shalllots, tarragon and lemon juice
Preparation: empty contents into a small saucepan. Heat slowly until creamy and hot.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 48 hours. Lid pops when original seal is broken.
