If you haven't yet tried these then add them now to your basket, I have friends who eat them straight from the jar. They are delicious and graced our table at Christmas instead of cranberry sauce last year and will do again. They are great with roast meats, steeped in brine and boiled several times over the lengthy time they take to pickle. They result in a soft juicy fruit.
