This Chilli Jam is a fabulous deep rich colour, it is hot (the clue is in the name), so a little goes a long way, try a spoonful in a sauce, marinade or basted on a chicken breast or pork ribs before bunging on the barbecue or under a hot grill. We use it as a dipping sauce amongst many other things, a real store cupboard essential.
