One of our favourites in the tastings – the hot garlic pickle is a hot vibrant pickle, the garlic is cooked and marinated with all the spices along the way so in the mayonnaise it gives a pungent but not bitter flavour that will have you coming back again and again, so many uses from dips, to sandwiches and salads, our favourite is in a jacket potato.

Serving suggestion : Serve with new potatoes instead of butter. Perfect in a chicken sandwich or mixed with the turkey after Christmas for a quick and easy coronation chicken with a difference.
