Inspired by a visit to South India and wanting to replicate a dish we loved, this chutney has all the flavour and kick that you would expect from a chutney from Madras, I defy anyone to not be back for another dip into the jar. We had an Indian lady tasting this in our shop who was immediately transported back to her Grandmothers in India after tasting this one. You can't ask for more authentic than that. Packed with delicous flavours it is lovely as a dip or served with a asian fish curry.

This Chilli Jam is a fabulous deep rich colour, it is hot (the clue is in the name), a little goes a long way, try a spoonful in a sauce, marinade or basted on a chicken breast or pork ribs before bunging on the barbecue or under a hot grill. We use it as a dipping sauce amongst many other things, a real store cupboard essential.

A lovely spicy version of Picallilli, with chilli and is a great favourite of chilli lovers, it is packed with vegetables and flavour. Great with cold meats and on a baked potato for a warming quick meal.

WOW, this chilli jelly is light in texture and deep in flavour, the sweetness of the jelly with the heat of the chilli works so well together, not as powerful as the chilli jam and lovely basted on a chicken breast or pork chop before going on the barbecue, add a teaspoon or two to a marinade to pep it up.
