No home should be without a jar of sticky toffee sauce, heat and pour over sticky toffee pudding or ice cream, at home we sauté bananas in butter for a couple of minutes and serve with sticky toffee sauce poured over the top and with a spoon of ice cream. Yummy. The sauce will separate in the jar, but will come together when warmed, it can be heated and re-heated if not all used. How likely is that though!

Try putting a banana on the barbeque after you have burnt the sausages, once softened, peel and drizzle with a little warmed banoffee sauce for a decadent end to the barbecue.
