No home should be without a jar of Sticky Toffee Sauce, heat and pour over sticky toffee pudding, Ice Cream, at home we sauté bananas in butter for a couple of minutes, serve with Sticky Toffee Sauce poured over the top and with a spoon of ice cream. Yummy. The sauce will separate in the jar, but will come together when warmed, it can be heated and re-heated if not all used. How likely is that though!

Our own sticky toffee sauce with a generous dollop of pureed banana - seriously delicious with crepes, ice cream or straight off the spoon.

Try putting a banana on the barbeque after you have burnt the sausages once softened, peel and drizzle with a little warmed banoffee sauce for a decadent end to the barbecue.
