Lamb with Cumberland Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lamb steaks
  • 1 bag of salad leaves
  • 4tbsp of Hawkshead Relish Cumberland sauce 
  • Seasoning
  • Tbsp vegetable oil

Cut the lamb steaks into cube sized pieces

Heat a frying pan up with oil in it

Fry the lamb piece until it is sealed and add seasoning

Take the pan off the heat

Coat the lamb with Cumberland Sauce

Place the salad leaves in the middle of the plate and put the lamb pieces on top of them

Finish with a sprig of rosemary
