Garlic Spiced Mash
Very simple to make dish but stunning all the same. You can serve as an accompaniment or we have had it as a supper dish with crispy bacon and leeks as well.
Just take a couple of teaspoons of the Hawkshead Relish Hot Garlic Pickle and stir through some freshly mashed potato with a little milk and butter to a soft and fluffy consistency.
It is great with sausages, meat pies and puddings, steak and kidney pie with a helping of this and some fresh greens, perfect comfort food with a twist.
