Ballachong Prawn Chutney Serving Suggestions
This is such a lovely chutney that Terry in our office just eats it straight from the jar. However we have some other ideas include :-
Add a tablespoon to mashed potato for an instant Indian influenced supper dish on its own or to serve as an accompaniment for an indian dish.
Add to an omelette for a delicious spiced prawn supper dish.
Use as a dip to serve with poppadums to get the taste buds going before dinner.
