Pickled Cranberries are delicious the fruit is tangy and sharp but when we have pickled them in our spiced brine they become soft and sweet, the ideal accompaniment for your Christmas dinner without having to do anything other than crack open the jar. But other ideas for using them include :-Adding a handful of the pickled cranberries with crumbled wenslyedale cheese to a quiche mix for a lovley fresh combination.
