Hawkshead Christmas Fair 5th & 6th Dec 2009

Every year the village hosts a spectacular Christmas fair, with the whole vilage ablaze with Christmas spirit lights and trees and even a visit by the big man himself, Santa will be making an appearance once again this year in his special grotto. Lots of things to see, do, sample and buy. Hawkshead is a treasure trove of little one off specialist shops so if it is something different and a bit special you are after then come over to Hawkshead and see for yourself - Parking at weekends is available in the school car park for excess space with donations to the village school.

At Hawkshead Relish this year we will have Lakes Speciality Foods with us cooking their fabulous sausages, and Hawkshead Puddings with samples of the delicious Sticky Toffee Pudding and Rich Chocolate Fudge pudding to try before you buy and offering lots of tasty samples from our own wide range of relishes, pickles and preserves. With Hampers made up or for you to choose your own and made whilst you wait, there really is something for everyone.
