Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If you require express delivery please request via email to or telephone the office on 015394 36614 and we will endeavour to ensure this takes place.

Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel safely be left.

Due to the weight of sending glass jars the delivery charge is set at £5.25 for all orders up to 20 jars – however, if you order more than 20 for one address in the UK (Mainland only) we will send them for FREE – so it’s worth stocking up or clubbing together with friends and family.

For orders being despatched to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands the postage will be from £12.00 according to your postal code area.

International orders carry a £50 carriage charge, but we would advise international customers to email us and we will arrange for a postal delivery quote for you and the amount charged will reflect the exact cost for the weight of the parcel.

For customers in the USA we would advise that you contact our stockists in either New York or Seattle to arrange internal delivery, as severe delays and higher costs will be incurred for us to send goods direct from here in the UK.

Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made by email to within two days of delivery.
